What are your fees?
Information about fees is available upon request or will be discussed during the initial consultation.
Do you accept Medicaid?
No. I do not accept and cannot work with individuals who have Medicaid.
Do you accept insurance?
I do not currently work with any insurance companies. I can accept Health Savings Account cards as a form of payment if you have this option, however.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
I have a 48-hour notice requirement for all cancellations. Otherwise, the full fee is still charged for the appointment.
